Roadwork Update

The early onset of snow and frigid temperatures has postponed the planned roadwork until after mud season in the spring. Unfortunately, by the time we could commit to Clairmont to have the work done, there were a lot of other jobs in front of us and they ran out of good weather. $275 Charge & Plowing this Winter Update

The ASA Board voted tonight to not collect the $275 that was proposed and voted on at Part 2 of the 2025 Annual Meeting on advice of counsel due to the recent lawsuit referenced in a previous update.
