New Complaint Filed Against the ASA

A week ago at the October Board Meeting Tony Burns informed the Board that he had been served a complaint filed by Susanna D. Payzant, lawyer for the plaintiffs below. The Board passed the complaint on to our insurance carrier who has accepted the claim and is providing legal representation for the ASA.


We will update the membership when we receive guidance from our legal counsel.
