Notice of 2026 Annual Meeting – Alton Shores Association

NOTICE OF THE 2026 ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERSALTON SHORES ASSOCIATION, INC.


The Annual Meeting of Members of the Alton Shores Association, Inc. will be held on:

Sunday, June 28, 2026 (the last Sunday in June)

at 9:00 AM

Central School in Alton, New Hampshire


Please arrive early to allow time for member check-in and verification so the meeting may begin promptly at 9:00 AM.


In accordance with the By-Laws of the Association, only Members in good standing may vote, meaning owners of qualifying developed property whose dues and any special assessments were paid by April 1 (unless extended by the Board), with one vote allowed per property either in person or by written proxy.


Agenda

• Acceptance of the minutes from prior Annual Meeting(s)

• Old Business – updates from members of the Board of Directors regarding matters since the prior Annual Meeting

• New Business – discussion of plans and business for the coming year from each Board member if applicable.

• Open forum for Members to ask questions and make motions from the floor regarding Association matters. Members in good standing will go first

• Nominations for Board of Directors

• Election of Board Members

• Adjournment


As provided in the By-Laws, the Annual Meeting may transact such other business as may properly come before the membership, including matters relating to Association operations, roads, beaches, the water system, dues, assessments, and other community issues.


During member discussion periods, Members in good standing will be recognized first, followed by other attendees as time permits. To allow all participants an opportunity to speak, comments may be limited to three (3) minutes per speaker unless extended by the Chair. Robert’s Rules of Order will be used as general procedural guidelines for the meeting.


This is the Association’s regularly scheduled Annual Meeting, and participation by all Members is encouraged.
